The Hon. Ahmed Hussen, An Alumnus’ Path to the Federal Cabinet

The uOttawa Public Law Centre hosted a conversation with the Honourable Ahmed Hussen, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development. Moderated by Professor Jamie Liew, Minister Hussen spoke about his path in law, how his education at the uOttawa Faculty of law prepared him for his career and how his experience coming to Canada as a refugee has shaped his approach to law and politics.
